I am enjoying my return to Arrowe Sound, the station that gave me my first opportunity to present a radio show.

When I am not on the radio I enjoy listening to all types of music and get to as many live performances as I can.

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and really enjoy cooking for family and friends.
